NO STUDENTS NAMES below the age of 18 will EVER be posted on our website or any other distributed material. However, your child's picture may be on the website or in other material as the classes are public and pictures are taken both by family and by instructors. If you do not wish for your child's photo included in any website picture please email Sensei@ShotokanKarateClass.com with the subject line NO PICTURES and please list your child’s names and classes attending. We will make every effort to accommodate you, however we cannot guarantee they will not be in a background shot. If this is the case we can blur the image if you bring it to our attention, thank you.

Only $100 for a 3 month session. 4 Sessions per year
4 classes per week! Included with the one time fee
Classes are unlimited as students are invited to attend all PAL offerings across our districts at no additional cost
Shotokan Karate Classes are hosted by the Nassau County Police Activity League (PAL) & instructed by PAL Karate Instructors.
The PAL is a Non-Profit Organization and many of our instructors are volunteers
Traditional etiquette, Shotokan philosophy, and character development are taught in conjunction with physical activities.
